  • deletion – in the cases indicated in Article 17 paragraph 1 of the GDPR, unless it is necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims,
  • restrictions on processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • transfer of data to another controller (Article 20 of the GDPR).

And also the law:

    • for reasons related to your particular situation – in relation to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e. on our legitimate interests) (Article 21(1) of the GDPR);

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE CONTROLLER

The scope of data processed by the Administrator includes:

  • name and surname of the ordering party,
  • contact details necessary to complete the order (e-mail, delivery address, telephone number),
  • data necessary to set up and use an account in our online store,
  • history of activities, including logins, payments, purchases,
  • additional information provided by our clients – content of inquiries, comments, etc.,
  • data regarding activity in our store stored in cookies and related technologies,
  • other information necessary for the operation of the store, order fulfillment and contact with customers.

SECURITY OF DATA PROCESSED BY US

In order to ensure the security of personal data, the Administrator has adopted procedures to prevent breaches of personal data security. The procedures in force are in accordance with applicable law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

All employees and associates of the Administrator who have access to the data have been appropriately authorized to process the data and are obliged to keep the data confidential.
