Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract .
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: sklep@nouparfum.pl
Return the returned item to us immediately to the following address: Warszawska 31, 05-092 Łomianki , but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days .
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
- for a contract in which we deliver an item and are obliged to transfer ownership thereof - from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier takes possession of the item ,
- for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before it expires.
We will refund any payments you have made, including the costs of delivering the goods as specified in the regulations, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement of any payment received from you until we have received the item back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the item, depending on which event occurs first.
Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer, among others, in relation to the contract:
- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet his/her individual needs ,
- where the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life,
- where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons , if the package was opened after delivery,
- where the subject of the provision are audio or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package , if the package was opened after delivery
- for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium , if the performance of the service has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires and after the entrepreneur has informed him of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints
If the goods purchased from us are defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. The complaint should be submitted to the e-mail address: sklep@nouparfum.pl or by post to the address Warszawska 404, 05-092 Łomianki.
If you are not a consumer, we are liable to you only for the amount of the order you placed, within one year of delivery of the goods. The following provisions apply to consumers.

Due to the defect you may request:
- exchange the item for a defect-free one,
- removal of the defect,
or submit a declaration of:
- price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract – in the event of a significant defect.
We are liable to you for defects discovered within two years from the date of delivery of the item.
As a rule, you can file a complaint within one year of noticing the defect , but the time limit for filing a complaint cannot end before the seller's liability period expires.
Your complaint will be considered (response to it) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
